Terms of Sales
It is specified beforehand that these conditions govern the sales of all products from the EUROPE TRADING CARD GAME online store. These conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions. Hereafter EUROPE TRADING CARD GAME will be abbreviated as EUROPE TCG.
ARTICLE 1 – PRICES OF ARTICLES AND TAXES
1.1 - The prices of our products are indicated in Euros, all taxes included, excluding processing and shipping costs. Prices are not negotiable.
1.2 - All orders regardless of their origin are payable in Euros.
1.3 – EUROPE TCG reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without having to notify customers, however the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of order entry subject to product availability. . The products remain the property of EUROPE TCG until full payment of the price.
1.4. The products remain the property of the company EUROPE TCG until full payment of the price and their collection by the Post Office either by direct management of the latter or by deposit by our services at the Post Office.
ARTICLE 2 – ORDER FROM SASU EUROPE TRADING CARD GAME
The contractual information is presented in French and will be subject to confirmation containing this contractual information no later than the time of delivery.
EUROPE TCG reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
ARTICLE 3 - VALIDATION
The data recorded by EUROPE TCG constitutes proof of all transactions made by EUROPE TCG and its customers.
The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
ARTICLE 4 – AVAILABILITY OF ARTICLES
Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks.
You have 5 days to send us the payment, otherwise the order will be canceled to allow the reserved products to be put back on sale.
Our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers. For all payment methods, we do not guarantee product availability.
If a stock shortage were to occur, we would offer you a solution suitable for both parties.
ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY OF ARTICLES
The products are delivered to the delivery address that the buyer indicated during the ordering process.
In case of deliverable items on different dates given their availability, the delivery time is based on the longest time. This means that in the event of an order containing pre-order products, it will be delivered when the pre-order product is available. Europe TCG will ship orders, except in exceptional cases, within 48 hours of confirmed receipt of payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).
EUROPE TCG cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery.
Shipping costs are free for France from 85 euros of purchase and for the countries of the European Union from 500 euros of purchase. Shipments will be made in the same package if presale items have different release dates when the last pre-ordered item is released.
EUROPE TCG is not responsible for problems related to the delivery of the order. Risk taking is the sole responsibility of the buyer. All our items offer registered delivery allowing the buyer to have access to insured shipping. In the event of non-receipt of an uninsured item, the customer cannot claim any compensation from EUROPE TCG. In the event of a postal problem, we undertake to take all necessary steps with La Poste to facilitate the search for the package or its compensation if necessary.
ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT
The payment of your purchases is made by Paypal or by bank check for a postal dispatch.
In the event of payment by cheque, the expedition will only take place after the check has been cashed.
In the case of hand delivery, only cash payments are accepted.
ARTICLE 7 - SATISFIED OR REIMBURSED
7.1 - You have, within a period of 14 clear days from the delivery of your order, a right of return, exchange or refund without penalty except for return costs, products that do not suit you ( this clause does not apply in the case of batches of cards and/or single cards and/or products on sale). Returns are to be made to EUROPE TCG 4 chemin du mas 16360 CONDEON.
7.2 - Items returned incomplete, open, damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer are not taken back.
7.3 - We undertake to reimburse you, or to exchange the products that do not correspond to your order (defective or non-compliant). In this case, we thank you for indicating it in detail on the order form and for returning the product(s) to us. Europe TCG will exchange or refund the product(s).
7.4 - These refunds will be made within a period less than or equal to 15 days after receipt of the products by us. Reimbursement will be made at Europe TCG's choice by crediting your bank account addressed to the name of the customer who placed the order and to the billing address.

ARTICLE 9 - RESPONSIBILITY
The products offered comply with the French legislation in force. Europe TCG cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered (prohibition of a title, etc.). It is up to you to check with the local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services that you plan to order.
The photographs and texts reproduced and illustrating the products presented are not contractual. Consequently, Europe TCG cannot be held liable in the event of an error in one of these photographs or one of these texts.
Europe TCG cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of out of stock or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular of the postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flood, fire.
Europe TCG will not incur any liability for any consequential damages as a result of these conditions, operating loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, damages or costs.
ARTICLE 10 - APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
This agreement is subject to French law.
The language of this contract is French.
In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
ARTICLE 11 - PERSONAL INFORMATION
Europe TCG undertakes not to disclose to third parties the information that you communicate to it. These are confidential. They will only be used by its internal services for the processing of your order and only to reinforce and personalize the communication and the product offer reserved for the customers of the company Europe TCG. Consequently, in accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and oppose personal data concerning you.
